1. Where We Ship

We currently ship orders placed through this website to addresses within India only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Pooja items and made-to-order items may occasionally take a little longer during festival season - if so, we will let you know using the phone number or email you provide at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location, via India Post or a reputable courier partner. Remote areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Charges

We do not add separate shipping charges at checkout - the total shown when you place your order is the final amount you pay.

5. Order Updates

We will contact you using the phone number or email provided at checkout to confirm your order and keep you updated on dispatch and delivery. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete.

6. Delivery Issues
