Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Donations

Contributions made through this website are voluntary donations to sri kodanda ramalayam and are, as a general rule, non-refundable once processed, since they are applied towards temple activities, maintenance and community service.

2. Errors & Duplicate Payments

If you believe a payment was made in error - for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount due to a technical issue, or a payment that did not complete but money was deducted from your account - please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at doddavishnuvardhan007@gmail.com or +91 9381130961, along with your payment reference ID (available in your payment confirmation email/SMS from Razorpay).

3. Review & Processing

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed by the temple committee. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and typically reflect as per Razorpay's and your bank's standard processing timelines.

4. Cancellations

Since donations are processed immediately upon successful payment, they cannot be "cancelled" after completion - please see the Errors & Duplicate Payments section above if something went wrong.
